Any new person will not have a clue where to find this. The forum was a terrific source of information for us all. It has been made so difficult and time-consuming to find it that its value has been unbelievably diminished.

I cannot understand why Janome has done this. It is as bad as when they "improved" their website some years ago. I never look at that any more.

If the intention is to draw attention to products, it has backfired. This latest action was completely unnecessary as we receive the emails which accomplish this. All this latest folly has done is succeded in annoying me intensely and definitely not encouraged me to purchase merchandise from a company which makes such foolish and customer-unfriendly decisions.

Janome, what were you thinking??????

Can anyone tell me what needles and bobbins I will need to purchase as replacements. I bought bobbins that say they are for about every Janome model except the one I have.

I bought Schmetz replacement needles heavy duty 100/16 and for knits.
