Hi.. I bought my Mom a Janome 350E for her birthday last year. First of all, she loves it. I just joined a few minutes ago to try and get help on finding a digitizing program for her machine. Can anyone tell me what exactly what a digitizing program is and does and where can I get one that is not so expensive. If you buy one, do you always have to buy upgrades for it? Please help..

Thanks,
Clueless in California

I bought a cd of designs and thought I had the hang of everything and did even get to print a template of the design I edited. Now when I am trying to write the design onto the card I am getting this message.
This card already has some designs on it which the 300E is reading so I am at a loss to know what is happening. What have I done wrong.

While using the MC11000 to embroider, the screen will tell me to use the j foot when it is already in place. Sometimes after repeatedly lifting the presser foot and cancelling the command to use the j foot, it will start to embroider. Any suggestions as to what is going on. Thanks

Today I'm trying to add the new ASQ hoop to the Digitizer Pro MB hoop selection screen.

Do I need to add a new hoop using the create hoop function in the work environment tool selection of Digi Pro?

If so, what measurements do I enter via height and width? Also, the format choices are rectangle and circle. I'd assume that I choose retangle even though the format is really a square. Is this correct?

Also, my AQ hoop displays (120 X 180). I use the US measuring system not metric. Can you tell me if 120 X 180 is the metric number and if so how do I convert mine to us measurements. If not, what does the 120 X 180 stand for?

thanks, Nettiquette
