Educational Coordinator
Janome America, Inc. has openings for Educational Coordinators at their national headquarter in Mahwah, NJ. The position requires 75% travel demonstrating, teaching, promoting and selling all Janome products at authorized dealer's stores and sewing events. Other 25% creating projects, planning for events, developing training programs and assisting with customer service inquiries. Knowledge of all types of sewing and embroidery software, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, presentation skills and creative skills are required. Currently there are Educational Coordinator positions within the headquarters and in the field. The inside positions must live in or around Mahwah, NJ therefore relocation is necessary. All positions require travel throughout the U.S. and possible international travel as well.

Service Technician
Our Mahwah, NJ office seeks a Service Technician. Qualified applicant should have at least 3 years of sewing machine repair experience preferably in the service and repair of mechanical sewing machines. Applicant must also have good computer skills (Word/Excel). Computerized and electronic repair experience a plus – Pleasant telephone manner is required for communicating with customers regarding repairs/service issues - Overtime available – EOE – Attractive Benefits Package including 401(k).
