Janome America, Inc. warrants this Janome sewing machine head for a period of 20 years from the date of original purchase against defects in material or workmanship with the exception of the electrical and/or electronic equipment which is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. During the first year from the date of original purchase, defective parts will be replaced free of charge but at the owner's expense for labor, postage and transportation. For service under this warranty, present your Janome product, warranty card and proof of purchase to the Janome dealer from whom the purchase was made or contact Janome America Inc., 10 Industrial Ave., Mahwah, NJ 07430-2205. This warranty extends only to the consumer who has originally purchased this sewing machine from an authorized Janome/New Home Dealer. New Home shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages directly or indirectly arising from use of or inability to use this sewing machine, or from any other cause.
