9400 ruler foot
I bought the upgrade for the 9400 just to get the ruler foot after taking a ruler work class at MQX. But the ruler foot is not height adjustable and is too low on the quilt. I have changed the pressure foot to the lowest setting on the machine and still have no luck.

I am so disappointed, as I have bought expensive rulers. Is anyone else having trouble with this foot? Am I doing something very obviously wrong?

Thanks for any advice.

I upgraded and did a quilt - I used cotton batting and it is low loft. When I chose the ruler foot icon it also gives you the option of medium or low and when you choose one you will notice the foot height changes. I enjoyed using the rulers... I am just learning but I think it will be fun. There is a group for this machine on facebook. I think you would enjoy and we help each other out a lot. Content is edited

The ruler foot height on the 9400 with upgrade IS adjustable. When you go to the Ruler Work screen, it's all the way at the bottom.
