It is important to know how to find your software version number. You will need to know what it is when you communicate with Janome for technical or software support. You will need to know what it is when a software upgrade is announced.
To determine your version number,
Click Help on the Menu toolbar. Click About Digitizer 10000...
The About dialog box will appear.
At the bottom of the box, just above the OK button, is where the version number is located. In the example below, the version, indicated by the letter V, is 1.3J, and it was released May 14, 2004.
To close the About dialog box, click OK.
