Jumping Jacks Quilt

It may look like a work out, but these jumping jacks are easiliy made with wedges! Kaye Wood shows how to quilt this whimsical design with lots of movement and fun! This quilt also uses the Circular Sewing Attachment to draw perfectly quiltied circles around the block centers.

Janome Supplies Required

  • Janome sewing and quilting machine (Kaye uses the Horizon Memory Craft 12000)
  • Circular Sewing Attachment for quilting motif

Fabric and Notions Required

Fabrics:

  • 5 different wedge fabrics (A, B, C, D, E)—1 yd of each
  • Circle fabric ½ yd
  • Piping 5 yds
  • Border 1 ½ yd
  • Border 2 ½ yd
  • Wedge Border use left-over & coordinating fabrics.
  • Backing 55″ x 68″
  • Battting 55″ x 68″
  • Binding ? yd
