My Wonderful Memory Craft 6650

Wow! What fun I’m having. I’ve owned an MC6600 for 10 years, and added have and subtracted fancier Janomes, and still mostly used my 6600. I sold my last fancy Janome, and did my homework. First I studied the 6700 and then the 6650. I decided on the 6650, and that has been one of my wisest decisions of my life, outside of marrying my hubby. It is a lovely machine. I don’t miss the Accufeed since my 6600 has it and is sitting 4 feet away!

Recently purchased the Memory Craft 6650 and haven't been disappointed yet. I'm just getting my feet wet with the free motion settings but it is very nice. I've watched many videos, put out by Janome and others who are giving their thoughts on the machine, and so far haven't needed much help in figuring out how to use it. I've made 4 quilt since I purchased because I love it so much haha. I constantly think about going and working on a project. Needle up down function is great for quilting, I also thoroughly enjoy the thread cutting option and the multiple ways to use (foot pedal, button, or lever option) makes me think this would be a good machine for many people in all walks of life. I recommend it all the time to others.

This machine does everything, I have to study the manuel because it does so many things and I want to be able to use it to the fullest extent. It does perfect beautiful stitches in every kind of form-embroidery, lettering, 9 buttonholes, sewing on lace with beading, zippers you name it. The only thing it doesn’t have as a free arm which I think I can get around will see. Otherwise this is an amazing machine.
