Had a problem with my XP computer, which I still have, but have not been able to get the computer and the machine to talk to each other. States they are not connected. Reinstalled the mc11000tools kit and still no resolution. I prompts me to install or update my driver, but it is connected to printer ect. ?? Thinking of taking to dealer if unable to find answer here. Thnaks

If you are being asked to update your drivers, you need to do that or your software won't work.

unablke to update because I do not have the disk that it ask for. I have the cd and have reinstalled but doesnot solve the problem.. The error code is 10 cannot start

The dirvers are on the Janome website for the software program. If you need drivers for your computer you need to go t0 the Computer website e.g. Dell/HPetc.
