Janome America Inc. is no longer a distributor of Necchi products in the USA. If you own one of the models on this site, you may contact us through the Contact Us page found on this website. Warranties will be honored as usual. 

If the product you own is not on this list, unfortunately, we do not have information regarding any older or newer models. The prior distributor of Necchi machines is no longer in business. If your older machine requires service please visit a local sewing machine store that can offer repair services.
