I used the URL that you put in your post and it didn't come up with the place you are referring to. I'm not sure why you could read it and I would get this message:
"404
File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

However, you will probably not get help on the forum and will need to contact Janome Support. Click on the "Contact Us" at the top of this page and fill out the form. Give your email address as you will get a response much faster than a phone call. I've had good results using this, but you need patience as there aren't many people hired to do this job. Only one person does all of the software in North America. I expect there might be a few more in the technician department but they would also be fixing machines sent in to them.

Cheryl. The link i put in this forum was oke. BUT the forum put spaces on places in the url not correct. I wil try again. Check these url:

edit: goes wrong again... the forum places a space between de "se" and "w" sewing, not se wing.

Cheryl, just one person for North America?
Where are the MB-4 and MB-7 made, In Japan?
Maybe there is someone who can answer the question?

I'm not sure about the MB4 & MB7, but I know my 15000 was made in Japan, but I'm sure those bigger machines are too. Janome does have some factories in Taiwan & some other location, but they supervise the quality to be the same as in Japan.

I don't think you will get help directly from Japan though. You really need to start with a dealer - find one that you can work with as they aren't all equal or compatible to us. You will get better response from Janome if you go the dealer route, as there is a question on the form that specifies "Dealer".

I'm also seeing that you said your design was good on the computer screen - they always are, it is an image on the computer and your machine is making stitches. I think a badly digitized design might show badly on the computer screen, if it was enlarged enough to pick apart. Another thing you need is stabilizer that suits the fabric and the number of stitches in the design.

I forgot to ask - have you been doing embroidery for a long time or beginning? I've been doing it for a long time but only as a personal hobby and by no means would I presume to be REAL good at it. I just love the computer and playing with software. I rarely stitch out what I create. I just do when I have to for a commitment I make to family or a friend or 2.
