Sewist 725s needle in wrong place for 1/4" seam foot
Content is edited
We have a Sewist 725s and it came with a 1/4" seam foot, part number #200318000. When I check the accessories list, it says it's the correct foot for our unit. But the needle is dropping into the left whole rather than 1/4" whole. What do I need to adjust and how do I do that?
Thanks,
John

Oh, I see. I have to have the stitch width set at 5 to be in the center for a straight stitch despite the info on the 1/4" seem foot card saying, "Stitch width: 0".

Usually the ¼" foot on machines requires that the needle be in the centre position and the little guide will be place at ¼" away from that centre position. However, I'm not familiar with the Sewist 725s model, so it may differ. To get a "scant" ¼" you may need to position the needle a bit off centre.

I usually watch them to learn more, then play stumble guys for fun; if you're looking for a good knockout game to pass the time, you should give it a shot.

    Mnioas,

Again I don't think you are talking about sewing or machines or crafting of any kind, PLEASE don't post here.
